This solved the problem for me - I can now save any time. Press Left and Right arrow keys to change instruments. For some reason Windows thinks Bioshock is "unsafe". After opening the Controlled Folder Access panel you should then disable it. Then, open the start menu on Windows and search for " folder" and pick " Controlled Folder Access".
